Just Giving

Here at M2 we believe in caring for those around us and supporting communities to thrive. We also believe that every business has the power to change lives by simple acts of kindness.

So we have teamed up with B1G1 which is a social enterprise and non-profit organisation who ensure each contribution makes the greatest possible impact for the benefit of all.

And 100% of all contributions made to B1G1 go directly to their initiatives.
By doing business with us and being part of the M2 community, you are helping thousands of people around the globe to improve their lives.

Every room we have tenanted, every property we have rented out, every sales we have made has a positive impact. Our goal is to create more than 30.000 of those impacts every month.

Just check the dashboard how we have done since we started the cooperation in September 2020:

We have chosen projects contributing to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals because we believe small companies and normal people like us can make the world a better place .

There are 17 goals to transform the world till 2030.

Provide Safe Drinking Water to Families in Cambodia

Access to safe drinking water is the foundation for the issues of health, education, food, and livelihood. This water is provided via the means of a Bio-Sand Water Filter that lasts up to two decades or more and is able to provide for an entire family. In Cambodia, a country of approximately 15 million people, there are more than nine million cases of diarrheal disease annually, estimated to cost the nation about $448 million a year.

Build A Home In The Philippines

This project provides a permanent space and building a caring community for the homeless families in the Philippines that will have a direct impact on reducing crime, raising productivity, and improving quality of life for all. Give Access To Clean Water Via Boreholes In Kenya

Rain is very rare in Kenya therefore locals often lack access to water source. By supporting this project, we provide a person with water through the construction of water infrastructure such as a borehole. Boreholes are sunk deep into the ground to reach the water table and once it is established successfully, it can supply clean water for the locals in the entire village and livestock up to ten years.

Help Build A Classroom for Children in Cambodia

A severe lack of educational infrastructure has led to extremely unsafe and unhygienic learning environments in remote schools in Cambodia. Without safe and motivating classrooms, schools suffer from low enrolment and class attendance rates and high dropout rates. Our contribution will help to provide children in Cambodia a safe and secure learning environment, which is essential for educational success. Education is proven to be one of the most important factors for sustained social and economic development.

End Thirst with Solar Power

Children, women, and impoverished villages in different provinces along the Mekong Delta suffer from severe drought and saline intrusion of their water supply. This project gives them access to clean drinking water by combining solar power with a Reverse Osmosis filter system to filter saline water sources to supply fresh water for drinking. By installing these systems in schools and community houses, the daily water needs of these local communities can be fulfilled.
