4 easy steps to view your new home

We have a simple, digital match and affordability check free of charge to avoid disappointment later on in the referencing process. No surprises and no waste of your time to book a viewing.
From the comfort of your home:
Live video call (WhatsApp, Facetime) with our tenants or property manager to showcase your potential new home.
Our tenants will be informed at least 24 hours before the viewing. We will welcome you at the property, show you around and will answer any questions you might have.
If you love it and want to reserve the room on that day, we just need a one week holding deposit for it.
6 simple steps to rent a home from us


By paying a 1-week holding deposit you can reserve YOUR house or room.
This means we take it off our Marketing and Viewing list and you have one week to complete the referencing.
Good news: the holding deposit is already part of your first rent. But if you change your mind during the process it is not refundable.
We are using an independent third party company for tenant referencing.
This includes a rent affordability check as well as references from employers and previous landlords.
All of it is done online and if you provide the information swiftly, it is finished in a couple of days
1.) traditional 1-month cash deposit payment
2.) if you ace the referencing you have another option available: to take a deposit protection insurance. This will increase your rental payment by 3 % and instead of you paying a deposit we take out the insurance.
And just to be clear your cash deposit is protected in one of the 3 government-backed schemes for your peace of mind. And it gives the landlord security in case you cause damage to the property or don't pay rent. Otherwise, it will be fully refunded when you move out.
The AST (assured shorthold tenancy agreement) is the contract you are signing with us.
You will receive a draft version of your tenancy documents to check if everything is in order.
And you will sign the final version over a digital signature platform from anywhere you want. Easy!
Two days before your moving in date you transfer the money to the M2 account.
First months rent and one month deposit (if you have chosen this option).
Good news: your one-week holding deposit will count towards your first payment
Everything is done and dusted by the time we meet to hand over the keys. This is also the last chance to see your original passport and visa.
You need to set up a standing order by the same day the moving in day has been for your rent each month to avoid late payments.
And don't forget to check the Inventory and feedback, if something is different.
